my "lunch" today=
diet rite x2, one tuna burger(1 1/2 can tuna grilledmade into a patty with chopped broccoli, wheat bran, granulated garlic and low cal barbecue sauce), 40 grams chicken breast, 2 broccoli florets, couple sticks of celery, one "zero impact bar" from vpx..

thats a actualy a really big meal for me...considering that i am eating every 2 and 1/2 hours........but my meals before tht were oatmeal pancakes then 40 grams chicken with some broccoli and celery...
