Protein Powder (BIG FUCKIN maybe, I don't take anything and I swear I have better gains duno why that is I'm not blaming Protein Powder just saying that I think its unneccesary)
Multi Vitamin: Go to a health store and don't by the shitty Animal MVitamin... I swear the only reason so many by them from Animal is because they "play" McGrath when they wake up
Be smart, think back when Arnold trained and (IMHO) when BB had the best bodies, they did not have "many" sups.
