Did HIT for a year, average results gained a bit of weight fat not doing volume but strength levels stayed about the same lost about 20% of muscle but if you are only going to work out 3 times a week for half and hour at a time its worth a go.
Mentzer was my pick for the 1980 MrO Dickerson looked good,Zane was sick and down in weight,Arnold was not at his best ,atleast it had more integrity than the 1981MrO
