First workout post meet. I had intended to return to the gym earlier, but life gets in the way of what I want in the gym sometimes. There wasnt anything really accomplished today, but I did get some work in and got the blood flowing.

Arched Back GM 3 sets
GHR 4 sets
Abs 5 sets

Had a few guys in the gym today who came in from out of town and wanted to bench, so I helped them bench. Also did alot of recovery/restoration work.

you think you're going to get that bench rehab'd back up to say in the 100's in time? I know you can make it happen man. You know as well as most that the body is an amazing thing. Bring back the bench baby! What's your raw squat PR? I'm wondering if I compete how much a squat suit would actually help or if I should just stay raw. My numbers have me looking at 610-625lb squat tomorrow off the box.

how far down on them do you go when you go super heavy? About as deep as you'd lean forward on a squat?

Back slightly above parallel to the floor, some times maybe 1-5 inches higher... Jason

Yes we do. The narrow one, which is 5436543654285647543% harder than the one with the wide foot placement! Its on the right in this pic. Jason

Jason Thats a ridiculous percentage, do you have any scientific proof to back your claim? I have never tried one of those machines, no gym around here has one. I have to do them on the floor with my heels hitched under a bar.

Here is what I accomplished yesterday:
ME SQ/DL rawdog Conventional Stance (BLASPHEMY!) deadlifts against quad MONSTER minis which give somewhere between 225lb and 56000lbs of tension at the top. 135x3 225x3 315x3 add bands 315x1 365x1 405x1 455x1 EASY 500xmissx2 I got the super sweet lawnmower legs on the first one, and got it past my knees, I just couldnt lock it out. I shouldnt have tried the second, but I did anyway.
Seated Cable Rows-DC Style 225x15 RP
Light Pulldowns 2 sets
Lat Stretch
Decline Situps 4 sets
Band abductions prehab reps
TKE prehab reps
