Isn't he a real cage fighter though? Did you see the bloodied pics of him? He looked kinda big, but not ripped or anything.

You know what say what you want about Ron, but the boy came to California with a dream of working in the BB world as a writer. He has certainly achieved that dream and along the way built a damn good physique.

Ron will be the first to admit that he couldn't win the Nationals but that wasn't his dream. His goal was to win that show in Mass which he eventually did which in his world was a grand achievement.

Do I agree with all of Rons philosophy? NO! But you know what he has amassed a tremendous amount of BB knowledge in his life time and is one of the few people to make a living in BB doing something he loves to do.

There will always be haters and Ron of all people knows that and he handles it better than many of you guys would like him to. He is honest and witty and he lets the hating roll off his back.
So Ron you're alright in my book bro!

Never said I had a better body than him, and I doubt that I am weaker than him in any of the three big lifts, but who knows.

He has already posted numerous picks of him using huge poundages. He later admitted he was using fake weights.

I would assume this is the case as well.
