Training is still the same, I'm still in the high reps range like 15-20reps but i lift has heavy as i can. For legs i do heavier squats now, as i never use to squat, but trainer told me i need to.

Yeh i know thats what worries me, but then i see guys like Melvin Anthony who squat 5 plates a side, and his waist is still tiny, so i don't know if there's any truth to getting a bigger waist line due to squats?
I was commenting on the annoying special effect in the flash app. as far as the pics, I still see just yours.
I know that Dex does his squats and deads using a smith machine for that reason, i've never tried em using a smith but he seems to like them.
Smith was bad for squats for me.....I lost my form badly when I used the smith.
My sister squats 3 plates on the smith for 10 reps. Follow her lead.
was it mostly at the bottom before coming back up that you had trouble? ive heard alot of people say they lose their arch with a smith machine
