why not throw down a couple of big macs? lots of fast and taste great..and zero preparation
yeah lately i've been eating a few more yolks, 4 whole eggs and three or four extra whites, oatmeal and either a granny smith apple, a pear, an orange or a banana.
I like carmelized banana french toast with a nice strawberry bellini and then a cup of coffee afterwards at the french restaurant next to my apt.
i hate shit like that because it's so damn delicious that you end up eating it in like 2 minutes flat and you feel like you didn't eat.
thats a good sign. eat another meal of chicken and rice, then another, then another...
my diet has been absolutely horrid since last september. i'm hardly even trying to eat well any more, but i'm aiming to change that now.yesterday i was in a rush so i just had a moderate breakfast, then after my shitty workout i drank a six-pack, ate two dozen wings, and a basket of fries covered in barbecue sauce.
Eat like a half a loaf of bread with the chicken and rice. Make sure you butter the bread. Then have some chocolate milk, that shit really makes you feel full. If your still hungery, have a large oatmeal raisin cookie and you should be straight.
it's usually my first solid meal after my PWO drink and i swear i'm fucckin' RAVENOUS an hour and a half later, i guess it's because there's no fats in that meal besides the very small amount in the chicken.
i love fruit but i always eat it in the morning pre workout with my eggs and oatmeal.
chicken and rice. egg whites and oatmeal. steak and broccoli. tuna with fruit. my fav. meal combo's.
A way to fix that problem is to douse that rice with tons of butter. Always works for me
feel like you didn't even eat anything an hour later?
