dude u have good build, and for what u do it is a bonus,i would skip cardio even in summer for u and follow the more quicker training pace and u probably get same look u get every summer.why not shoot for 180 with abs and stay a bit stronger?
I understand this notion if you have already attained your desired build, but I'm still want to add size in certain areas/shape other areas so by putting on size in the winter for me has helping get to achieve my "foundation" once I get there, then it will be nothing but maintenance, at that point then you can tweak your physique however you want to (add a few pounds/lose a few pounds).... but for me the "offseason" is helping get the mass on. Pic #1 summer 2 years ago 155Pic #2 winter this year around 175
some getbiggers look really lean offseason
but do u really eat whatever u want ,cause u still have abs at 175-180,at the lighter weight are u harder and as lean as 175 your so called offseason.good build like i said.
the only people who stay below 10% off season have resigned the fact that they can get anybigger and are just lookin to come in extra ripped imo... heres 3 of me.... one off season at 275, one before a qualifier then one 6 weeks later on stage at 225
I guess I'll get this party started....flame away!1st pic offseason=winter for me no cardio/no diet 175 pounds2nd pic summer 160 pounds
Your abs are overpowering your chest
Awesome build Go 4 It. Actually after a 10 month layoff, you have inspire me to get my ass back to the weights.
Lookin' large and in charge
Arnold-esque!!

Here is me looking a little pudgy in the summer, no cardio for two months. Im on my way to hit some rag heads with my shovel.
ohmygod.
I always try to keep in shape all year around .(pics taken within 1 week)
Stop lying to yourself bro. Looking good for women doesn't mean shit, it's about how much muscle you can hold, having partial testicular use, and plastic trophies. I suggest you stop living under a rock and join the rest of the world. Pro bodybuilding...is the future!!!
