7am eat first meal consisting of 4 jars of Gerber baby pea soup and 1 jar Gerber yams (60 units of superslin with 40 grams Vitargo)
7:10 burps
8am 2 hours of cardio
9am starts wishing cardio was over
10:am praises Allah for cardio being over
10:01 DNP mixed with gatoraide
10:02 to 2pm nap
2:01 one gallon of water mixed with potassium and aldactone.
2:06 takes anti nausia medicine
3pm 20 oz of vanilla icing with 120 units of superslin and dnp
3:05 more anti nausia meds
3:10 does workout. 100 sets total body 2 reps per set
4pm 19 oz of orange roughy to pull more water
4:03 nap
7pm BPJ sandwiches on WHOLE WHEAT! 100units superslin, 100 liver tabs and 505 mgs of dbol
8pm another total body workout. one set per bodypart 100 reps per set
9pm 2 gallons water, dnp, lasix
9:03 more anti nausia meds (if needed)
9:04 burps again
10pm to 2 am posing
2:01am cuts out all oil based products so as not hold any water.
