Wow, that is big improvements...didn't think he could pull it off.

Might do pretty well, but I think he dropped his Hamstrings somewhere on the gym floor? They dissapeared??  :D

maybe he don't like leg curls and stiff legged deadlifts.

Could have swore he had better hammys than that. They are just gone, POOF!

Injury maybe?? hmmm....might cost him a place or two. Otherwise, looks spot on!

his calves seem to be getting better, i never really thought he'd be the guy with some decent calves

looks like he's getting some of his quads back and stomach is staying tight.  Could do some damage.  Hams still not there though
