I remember seeing Ruhl for the first time on german TV, when he met Ralf Moeller for the first time. You should have seen the look on Moellers face, he was disgusted and amazed at the same time.

Being a professional BB himself a long time ago, he had to admit he had never seen 'something' like this in his life.

This is a juiced physique. It is delusional to assume that this physique - 46cm arms, 68 cm legs etc. at this condition is attainable naturally.
No offense - I am looking at those pics with the same amount of admiration, but this is what gets you started with the needle...
