Hmmm, I don't think he can do MMA, but he did play in the CFL, and he did a lot of cardio to get ready for shows. Going to extreme measures for conditioning (causing him to cramp up) and fighting in the MMA cage are two different animals, you as a bbing competitor should know that.

I'm sure this is a complete joke. I've actually trained with Paul.  He has no athletic ability, is weak and can hardly breathe.  He also has all sorts of shoulder problems.  Nice guy, but even that tiny-tit "Bezerkfuty" could take him.

he's being honest.  Paul has asthma...asthma sucks and it's less and less fun as you get older plus go watch the BFTO 96 segment with Paul training with Charles Glass...ok, I know it's right before the O but he trains like a total pussy...it's laughable.  BFTO 98 with paul..he looks INCREDIBLE and trains alot harder but nothing he could ever do can make up for his shameful performance on the BFTO 96.
