If you're talking about your arms measurement, I'm looking at the tape....your arm is 6" from the very bottom to the very top (14-20)times 2 (front side and back side) =12....so your arms would have to be 3.5" thick to = 19".....it doesn't look that thick to me. Post another pic to compare with.....

My arm measured 18 3/4 (just did shoulders) and from the top to bottom, same as your pic, it was 7 inches.....yours is only 6, meaning your arm is probably closer to 2" smaller(1"front and back) than mine.....16 3/4, just like I said, closer to 17" arm, not 19.
