I must say Branch did bring it this year. But at what cost Squad? I remember talking to Brian Dobson down at Metroflex two years ago. He said that Branch is just so extreme when it comes to his training and dieting. I can only imagine how much test the guy uses.

I have seen him train a few times at Metroflex. He's a animal no doubt. But he DOES NOT train as reckless as his dvd displays.

these guys always put on an act for the DVD's, no one can train like Coleman or Branch does on the videos all the time, Dobson has said that Ronnie doesn't train like that all the time, shit even Ronnie himself has admitted that.

Exactly. Ronnie does train like a mad man, but not 800 on the squat every time lol!! But he did do 6 plates for 12 when I was down there. He was 320. That was impressive as hell.

He had the hardness but not in all places like the lower back and hams but Dexter, Phil, and Kai were conditioned all over. Plus they have better structure. This was the best Branch Warren I have ever seen though. I could at the highest seen him 3rd.

Branch was fucking unreal. More shredded than the others....though i must admit that kai's lower lats were pretty unreal..but hes a fag so who really cares right.

Branch owned all pussy on saturday night. Looked amazing. But as Bobby C said so many times, "Its either first or fourth for Branch." And hes goin up against three brothers..so how the hell is he supposed to win in the "pretty" and "semetrical" dept.

I still say he shoulda won. But at least he won the most muscular...
