I'm saying that from 2001 to 2007, he owned white house and congress, threw the terror card in our faces all the time, yet never even started blocking that border.
To the contrary, he did start legislation to open the border further by legalizing illegals.
To top it off, he finishes his presidency with a 2 year STALL on any wall construction starting until 2 years into the NEXT adminstration.
