me squat 500 x 3 , him squat 225 x 3 ( not making this up )

me 5'11", him 5'6"

me bench 400 x 3 , him 240 x 3

I could curl his bodyeight for 10 fullreps....he can barely squat mine bellow parallel ( that's harsh )

5 weeks of 100 mg Naposim daily ( that's dianabol for you ) at the end of it I taped these lifts
