I dont think I EVER spent close to 1/3 of what that guys spends per month.  I might have shelled out $200 - $300 for a huge mail order, but that lasted a couple of months.  Did it to receive a bigger discount, free shipping, etc.

It's funny how people think supplements are the answer.  They'll eat 3x per day, throw in a Power Bar, and call it a "diet"..haha
Also, you I think he left out glutamine.  You can subsitute the NO Explode, with regular creatine...at least for the strength gain part.  Udos Oil.  And yes, some whey.

Creatine the only supplement that works, was checking out some protien supplements that had only trace amounts of carbs they were so exspensive for a two week supply that i could buy 40 pounds of quality fish for the same price.

Exactly! Lot better to buy fresh, basic food like fish and chicken breasts, etc.
The supplement industry taps into the lazy factor in all of us.
BodyFortress sell their stuff in Wal_mart and it is decent for he cheaper price
