Actually Mars, Jay is healthier than most of us.  He eats plenty of clean meats like chicken and fish, plenty of good carbs like rice, and lots of broccoli to keep the pipes working.  Toss in the fact that he does cardio all the time for his heart, and I think it's safe to say that he's probably one of the healthiest guys around. 

Yeah but all those Muscletech supplements that Jay consumes cannot be healthy.  That crap slowly eats away at your insides.  If Jay has any future health problems, he should sue Muscletech.

Jay is surprisingly in good shape cardio wise.    Most bodybuilders that size breathe like they just got done running a mile.   Jay's breathing was actually normal.    His seminar was pretty good.   He actually cracked a few jokes.    He was different than I expected him to be

i dont know why people say he is boring.  just because he doesnt party, doesnt mean he isnt a humerous guy.

in fact, i think his videos are pretty damn good.

he seems like a cool guy, and i like the way he trains and eats.

he was real laid back talking to him at the show.   he took time to talk to people and take photos.   he did say that his contracts run out in 2012 but right now it looks like 2009 will be his last year.

Not a bad idea.  Or maybe have an age limit of 30 years old.  Then, these guys wouldn't have enough time to destroy their physiques and deteriorate in front of us.
