I totally agree, I have no idea why women get so upset over cheating...... Grin

ie men think like men and women think like women that is why we get along better with our own gender

Is cheating among a gay couple more acceptable?

Everyone will give you a different answer but I would say no.  What you DO have among gay couples are many more kinds of relationships than the monogamous ones we are all familiar with.  Open relationships, especially after several years of monogamy, are common.  The "rules" of such relationships vary widely by couple:
   1.  yes, but only when you're out of the country and you play safely
   2.  yes, but only if you are out of town and play safely.
   3.  yes, but only if I never meet (and never will meet) this person
   4.  yes, but only if I meet and approve of this person
   5.  yes, but never in our home
   6.  yes, but I never want to know about it.
   7.  etc. etc.

It's not cheating if you and your partner agree to certain ground rules.  It IS cheating if one of you breaks the rules for your own benefit and convenience.

So have you guys ever had your eye set on a straight guy with the intent of gettin him in the sack??

Just curiouse cause I've been hit on by a surprisingly high number of men.  I'm wondering if they think I'm gay, or just think I'm cute... ugh...
no offense or anything but the idea kinda grosses me out.  I try to beopen minded, and don't hate on gay people at all, but its just not my thing. I suppose its not much different than some girl (that you wouldn't date) thinking you're cute and hitting on you.
I'm not sure I can understand choosing a man over a woman. I mean the sensation (sex) can't even be comparable.  And guys, well we're are just so damn ugly, all chiseled and sharp lines, and furry.  While women are beautifully curved, smooth and soft.. I just don't get it lol  Grin

Anyways, good idea for the post, its very informative.  Hopefully some people will learn a thing or two and not be so fobic.

>...So have you guys ever had your eye set on a straight guy with the intent of gettin him in the sack??

This isn't something I indulge in, but I've heard of guys doing it.  Some people get off on the challenge of landing someone they see as unattainable.  Haven't you ever had your eye set on a woman with the intend of getting her in the sack?  Gay men are no different.  Remember, just because someone has a gf or says he is straight does not mean he is completely heterosexual or unavailable.  These kinds of chases may not be as random as you think.  Gaydar is a real phenomenon.  Often, a gay man can sense when another gay man is nearby through simple observation or a vibe.  Kind of like the feeling you get when you know you're being watched...

I can often spot a gay man, even when he is living a straight life.  There's a saying among guys like me, "They're all straight until they are sucking your dick."

>...not sure I can understand choosing a man over a woman. I mean the sensation (sex) can't even be comparable.

Orally, it's pretty much identical. Good head is good head no matter who it comes from.  I can't speak to vaginal sex but have you ever f**ked woman in the ass?  Some guys love doing that with their women;  I have to assume the enjoyment derived is similar among men.

>...guys, well we're are just so damn ugly, all chiseled and sharp lines, and furry.

I know it's hard to believe, but some people find men attractive for precisely those reasons.  Surely any fan of body building can appreciate the appeal of a hard, chiseled, body?  As I said before, not everyone is attracted to a young, smooth Ambercombe & Fitch type.  Some--not all--gay men are attracted to representations of hypermasculinity: muscles, hair, chiseled looks.  Personally, I tend to eschew pretty boys in favor of more manly faces.  I'd rather look at Don Youngblood everyday than Jay Cutler, but most people would describe Jay as more handsome.

ROFL that had me laughin.

No first hand gay experience, but orally I suppose a mouth is a mouth and a tongue is a tongue...
You've never dipped your wick with a chick?  Dude, if you're open minded enough to be gay, you've gotta try bangin a female.  Nothing compares.  I know a lot of guys are into hittin the ass, but I think that has more to do with variety, dominance, and just the novelty of "Hey look at that! You've got my dick in your ass!" and of course the tightness compared to some chick thats been around a few times.  Someone can correct me, since I'm not into anal very often.

I agree that I can appreciate the hard work, determination, and discipline it takes to achieve the accomplishment of a true BBing physique.  But to me its still ugly.  For example, I'm pretty well built and get some good cuts when I'm trimming.  When I look in the mirror I think my body looks good for a male physique, but not attractive by any means.
Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Thanks for takin the time to answer...

Its not a matter of open-mindedness. That's just what they're attracted to. Just like some guys like blondes with big boobs, or asian chicks. I like mouths and anal, but only on women. Its not close or openmindedness, I can't help the way I'm wired. By the time most people realize what turns them on sexually, its way too late to even attempt to change. Sexuality is a huge part of the psyche.

I think alot of "straight" men think it is cool/okay for a woman to be bisexual, but have a problem with a man being bisexual.    I think their reasoning is from a personal sexual point of view.   They would join in with the women!

exactly..a bi woman is always a 'potential' 3 sum..

Its not like women find it especially exciting either. Most guys would think its cool if their girl told them that they had lesbian experiences. If a guy tells his girl this, his stuff is out the window. I've met a few girls who think its hot, but most of them find the thought of guy on guy disgusting.

Being gay is not what made me open minded.  I can't speak for anyone else, but I didn't choose to be gay any more than I chose to be black, or chose to be male.  Who would choose to be gay in a world where one is feared, hated, bashed, discriminated against, and otherwise on the downside of advantage?  In some countries one is killed for it.

If being open minded is all that it took, I would have been straight about 30 years ago.

I don't think black people are hated anymore.

Tell that to the family of the black man in Jasper, Texas who was tied to a truck with chains by two white supremacists bent on race killing.  They dragged him behind their pickup truck until he was dismembered.  Perhaps you remember the story; it happened in the 1990s and was the subject of a TV movie in 2003. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0335185/   The KKK is still active in several parts fo the country.

Anyway, my real response to your assertion is that 1) you are correct and 2) the past is prologue.  The arc of history is toward equality.  Bigots can slow it down but they can't stop it.  The day is coming when gay people live openly next to straight people and no one will care or feel threatened by it.

Ok, maybe some of that other post wasn't worded quite right...
By open minded, I didn't nessesarily mean thats what led you toward being gay.. it was more of a attempt at getting you to try vaginal intercourse with a female.   I'm thuroughly convinced that you'd enjoy it, unless she was horrible in the sack lol.  Give it a shot, who knows.. you might even be bi!... duhn duhn duhn....
 Grin

I also didn't mean to imply that anyone who wasn't gay or anything is narrow minded. It was just a general comment that should have been worded differently.

James Buchanan is widely thought to have been gay. He lived with his vice president even before he was elected president.

I slept with quite a few women and was married. sex is only part of being gay. and i think that most bi sexual people are just scared of coming out of that closet. it don't matter if its males or females i don't think there is any such thing as bisexual.

>sex is only part of being gay.

Iíd have to agree with this and it is perhaps the thing that heterosexuals misunderstand most.  Maybe some of them use it as a coping mechanism to try to understand something that they have difficulty getting their minds around, but being gay is not simply about man to man sexual contact.

>i think that most bi sexual people are just scared of coming out of that closet.

Iím inclined to agree with this.  The social stigma of being gay is why so many people prefer to identify as bisexual; internalized homophobia is something gay and bi people wrestle with most of their lives.  That said, I donít think it follows that true bisexuals do not exist.  I think they do.

>If you banged some dudes, and banged some chicks... wouldn't you be bi?

This is not a logical assertion.  Physically being able to perform a sex act doesnít mean that you feel naturally inclined to do that act or that you are particularly attracted to that sex.  Do you think the man on man sex by heterosexual men in prison means those guys are bisexual?  Of course not.

What defines someone as bisexual is a genuine physical attraction to both men and women.  Picking up on the 1-10 reference from my previous posts, I think ones, tens, and fives are very rare.

Well said dude it don't matter how many times you tell hetrosexual's its not all about sex. thats all they see.
