yeah everyday before i train i just look in the mirror for a few minutes and look at pics in MD at the same time.....      if you ever need some motivation thats gonna do it for ya!    (its easy to think you look good when youve got nothign to compare yourself to....but compare yourself to a pro bb'er and GODDAMN its a slap in the face)
