his excellent advice is just to tell people to megadose drugs to get gains...he don't even know what a chicken breast is or a vitamin tablet...

gh15 can't answer technical ?'s or read journal articles....

his excellent advice is just to tell people to megadose drugs to get gains...he don't even know what a chicken breast is or a vitamin tablet...

This is tad harsh about GH15  , but not too far from the likely truth.
GH15 seems like a fairly intelligent guy and NONE of the extreme levels of drugs would ever be part of a legit study in medical research. Thus, GH15 makes statements related to what may be going on in the hardcore BB world.
Sometimes he makes a thoughtful post and often he seems to go a bit overboard about the amounts pros actually use to build top, freaky, massive, physiques .
I honestly don't think that GH15 has a lot of direct firsthand knowledge and just feeds off a belief that the pros use some kind of crazy-secret drug regimes.
Do pro bodybuilders use drugs? doah! OF COURSE!
But I also suspect that the drug truth is more mundane for the top guys than many would believe.
