I'm 5'10"

I like squadfather...so I won't post a picture or a video clip so he won't have any need of deleting his account.

Sqaud Father can do all the denying he wants to...I don't care.  I get asked all the time what my max bench is & because it's something I never do...I really have no clue.  If I can not do more than 6 reps with any given weight...I take weight off the bar.

does anyone else recall the "before period" with sarcasm, when he didn't have a picture posted and anyone who asked him to prove his claims was greeted with a "calm down it's just the internet" or "i don't care about proving shit to you" type response? kinda funny that after he DID put up a few pictures, now absolutely everyone who makes any claim about anything has to "prove it" or it's flame city, USA.

again, no flame, just something i find funny.
