When I first saw that I put it in the top 3 routines of all time. Mokkawy was trained mostly by Vince Gironda for that show and looked like a Mr. Olympia but Lee Haney was bigger, as symmetrical, and peeled to the bone. That waist can't be more than 27"  :o

Vince did his training, his diet, and his posing for that show.  The diet was absolutely insane.

Great shots everyone.. I agree, that Benfatto shot owns most in this thread. Various others like Milos and Cormier have tried to copy it.
