hack squats yesterday..pyramd up in weight... 2 plates per side, 3 plates per side, 4 plates per side, the added a quarter to each side and repped that out..  toughest set i ever did

My springer spaniel is 12 1/2 and I'm dreading the day man.  He's still running around all crazy but I know he doesnt have a whole lot of time left.

I have a patient who's s spaniel is 18...so you could have many more years of goodness with your pup...that's how you should think it
