yeah, those guys are rail thin and eat high fats all day long, huh?

Seriously, I cannot express the glee I had every day.  I would put down 2 pieces of chocolate cake, cover it with soft serve twist ice cream, then decorate it with hot fudge, sprinkles, crushed oreos, etc. 

No matter how full you are from eating big piles of steak, rice, cornbread, and noodles, you can always find room for a big cake/ice cream sundae.

When I started working out ( about 20 months ago) I had a 27 inch waist but I was only 146 pounds. I put on about 30 pounds in 12 months and I've done my best to maintain that weight for the past 8 months. My waist went to 32 inches though. I just started dieting down a little less than two weeks ago. I'm already 3 pounds lighter and I can already feel my waist is slimmer. The worst thing about working out is clothing, it's just a bitch.

usually around 40. The smallest my waist gets is 36, and thats dieted down. I've got these huge ass child bearing hips, argh.

I allways thought the cage thing was a last resort. I looked into it and it's actually a better option than the fusion.

No prior problems, both my L5 and S1 were just herniated to the point where they were resting on the nerve endings. Caused some phantom pains in my left leg.  It felt like I spilled hot coffee on it or I pissed my pants. The cage isn't so bad, only when it's cold outside.  My deadlift hasn't recovered. I won't go above 495 for a tripple.

Age is getting to me, I was thinking about dabbling with some growth. I've been getting muscle tears more frequently.

A lot of BS on these post, unless your have a genetically freaky small waist or are a very skinny ectomorph no male has a true 28 inch waist unless your a 5th grader.

I can see someone 5'8 or less having that.

I'm 6'3 and its 31" (measured at navel), probably i can take off another inch before summer. I'm built like a swimmer though.
