I am a personal trainer. I was not dodging the question as it was already answered. I currently train about 25 clients at the moment. 50% of them of competitive amateur bodybuilders. I love my job! Its very rewarding!

Its just fine tuning and learning more about the body. The last week is a real science and it can come down to a million things as to why we don't peak on time. Only a handful of guys really nail there condition year in year out, show in show out.  Well next year is when i will compete again, not this year, but i think the more i rest the better i will return, thats all i honestly think it will come down to!!!
