Well honestly, I haven't travelled the country to work out at different gyms, but it has a ton of stuff and the only real rule is don't set weights on the benches, he just had them recovered with the K logo. Everyone is pretty friendly and if you can get there during the day you may run into someone doing a photo shoot or shooting a video.



BTW when they do those things, they usually stick to themselves and try not to take up too much room.

It is easily the most covered gym on Getbig of the past year, Milos is doing something right.

my gym fee is 30 dollars a month... with the spa, one massage a month the whole shit... :)

and thats not the "business" plan (us$ 1100/year). The fee i pay includes free use of the "spa" and towel service. I have never used the spa, why would i want to share a hot room or a jacuzzi with old men lol

Nothing comes close to KOLOSEUM!!! the intensity, the atmosphere, the hospitality!!! When you are there training you train with an intensity that you never knew your body could take you!

Its got the most undercovers per sq. foot of any gym in the world...I've heard rumors that up to 10 agents at any given time could be working out there...

Seriously, it's a big gym, lots of equipment, free weights, machines, cardio.
It's a real gym, use chalk if you want, bang your weights all you want, grunt, groan, strain, puke, whatever.

Yes there are pros coming and going quite often, male and female, and very often they aren't pros yet, up and comers. If you pick up a bbing magazine like Flex, Koloseum is in almost every pic, the fitshow was shot there and several other pros have filmed at least parts of there DVDs there, someone just posted a screenshot of Vic Martinez' DVD....he was at the Koloseum.
