This topic has been beaten to death.  People who are familiar with synthol, scar tissue, etc. (such as Doggcrap) vouch that Nasser's rear delts were the case of scar tissue due to repeated (steroid) injections.

he admitted to using escilene which is very similar to synthol

indeed--------biceps dont normally come in a traingular shape----thats tell tale signs of synthol or escilene abuse

Nasser looks better in those photos, but welcome to 10-11 yrs ago. I bet these guys will be complaining about this in their old age! Nasser was ripped off in that contest but hey life is too short. Find a better sport!
