I strongly disagree. I certainly don't share Ron's optimism and enthusiasm for modern bodybuilding but as a website owner he pretty much rules.

He tries his best to allow freedom of speech to prosper and that's pretty rare on private forums.

I can't think of many Jewish guys who would tolerate being told the Holocaust never happened and that Jews were the source of all misery in the world..let alone let the guy saying it plug his website.

Also, Squad was given protection and allowed to post a lot of nasty stuff for a long time. No doubt Ron had plenty of guys over the years complain to him about their treatment at the hands of Squad and he didn't rein him in. He allowed his mocking posts to stay up..so why should he suddenly change the rules because someone finally flipped and traced the guy?

just out of curiosity, how did ron make a "choice" of any kind? if anything it's amazing he's let SF hang around as much as he has. the guy spouted racism more often than kiwi does long-winded posts or i do overly-wordy and unfunny jokes. he made scores of threads full of baseless attacks. he basically broke every single rule this board has and was put in time-out VERY few times.

if i was a betting man, i'd say ron breathed a sigh of relief when this happened. and don't give me that "well he brought traffic" nonsense. none of us brings traffic individually.

DA gets no special favors though. He gets some pretty bad shit about the AIDS, scabs, hair, sexuality etc..The photoshops and posts don't get removed.

I agree that Squad is a much better contributor - DA only comes here to promote his site, as he admits.

However, why should Squad get special treatment that no other forum user would get? Ron removed the address and name. Once it's out there and people have saved it then there is little else he can do.
