From what I understand, the Democrats in the congress were disapproved by 64% and the Republicans were disapproved by 68% last time there was a poll.

The Republicans were also approved by 26% and the Democrats by 30%.

And 71% is higher than 64% or 68%.

28% is lower than 30%, and not much higher than 26%.

So where did you find the numbers showing that the congresses approval rating are "much much" lower?
