can't help it don't hate, i'm 5'11" 365 pounds at 1 precent bodyfat, i do ten pushups every 3 days and that's all the training i do, i eat 2 small almonds in the morning, skip lunch altogether and have 3 skittles, half a Chips Ahoy cookie and 1/3 of a can of Chef Boyardee Ravioli for dinner, lifetime natural as well.
