well the way the trace happened was they used the number SF used to call into big nation and traced it to its source, which was a trailer that got tied to SF as his fiancee. so for some reason, SF is calling big nation from a trailer owned by who appears to be his fiancee's mother (or his fiancee, but mom lives there too, i forget).

now, why on earth is SF calling from a trailer in which his fiancee and her mother live, in the same time he calls the show normally and is posting heavily? well some are saying it means he lives with her (the most damning accusation), or possibly he goes over daily and posts on getbig from there (which is more charitable, but weird). that's what we'd need cleared up, whatever the reality may be and i hope it's not as bad as it looks.
