7% is twice contest shape.

but it is unrealistic to think someone will believe you are 250 and 7%.

lots of bbers get in 7% bf. maybe not a dexter, but heaps of the mid-to-lower tier guys would be around 7%. 2-3% is someone like munzer

I hate to spoil everyones fun but if John says he's natty he's telling the truth...How long "natty" will be the better question and what is "natty"?  GH?  HRT?  I've seen John jacked at close to 300 and he's a freak...lifted more weight than any pro i've ever seen...before you nuthuggers get carried away I haven't been to Metroplex...

Natural means stabilized to bodys natural function.   Lifetime natural is different indeed.
Probably a difference in interpretation between the US and UK.In Britain 'natural' is used to describe lifetime natural with previous users being called drug free.
Agree 100% with people being obsessed with numbers.Surely it's how you look that counts?

Yes.  In the amatuers the middleweight usually beats the hell out of heavyweights.  At least until nationals.
