Best song ever to help a workout

i think back to when i was in my best shape and most motivated to train was last summer, its time to crank back up the positivity and lets see what we can do

yes i agree great song waddy..maybe good for pump sets or cardio, i couldnt imagin doing heavy work though.. i neeg gangsta rap for heavy weights
