yeah but why keep some muscle when its to easy for them to gain back the mass again in a short period of time.

Very true, remember Kevin Levrone, he stop training for 6 months even when he was competitive and gain all his mass with 4 months of training (fullblown style :D )
Even I have a friend, who has 19.5 inch arms, when he stops training he shrink to a 190 pounder and after 2 months drug assisted traing he walks around with 19 inchers.
That may be the reason for their lack of persistence, knowing very well that any time they can gain back all that loss...

Gunter and I talk often and he is getting into acting. Hollywood does not want 300 pound actors. To the average person he still is big!
