You definitely spy gyno. That's too bad but I imagine that a ton more pros than we know of have had it and had it removed. If Kai can keep his waist in check and work on his FDP and relaxed pose, then he will be a real force to be reckoned with. In fact, I would put him ahead of Wolf just based on the fact that Wolf has yet to come in super shredded like Kai.

Is there any way to get rid of gyno other than surgery?

I think ive had some very small,barely noticible gyno since i was 13. If i took a cycle my tits would grow like beasts, if it ever gets like Kai's i would be getting surgery.

hm, well kai his a really low BF and still has Gyno.. but his is way worse than mine and drug induced..
I think being at a low BF dosent remove it just makes it less visible?

That gyno is no huge deal IMO. He can't have surgery in the middle of a prep if it flares up. I'm sure he'll have it fixed when he finds a free spot during the year.
