Thanx for getbigers and my friend around, i may challenge octorber show again.
So my mission is recuperating my mass and staying lean as possible in these couple of months.
Consume a lot of protein, moderate carbs. And this time especialy, choosing swimming as my cardio.
Because, when i was a swimming competitor, i was like contest condition year around despite of consuming junk food everydays.
I wont swimm like those old days but try to swim 1km daily now after weight training. I am so surprised that my stamina is really low comparing with those old days..
