Thanx for getbigers and my friend around, i may challenge octorber show again.
So my mission is recuperating my mass and staying lean as possible in these couple of months.
Consume a lot of protein, moderate carbs. And this time especialy, choosing swimming as my cardio.
Because, when i was a swimming competitor, i was like contest condition year around despite of consuming junk food everydays.
I wont swimm like those old days but try to swim 1km daily now after weight training. I am so surprised that my stamina is really low comparing with those old days..

there are many I don't like and argue with but I respect they aren't dumb.

the least intelligent posters are , for me :

1. Epic Monster - harmless guy but very dull to read. Posts only very tired things like 'hope this helps' 'meltdown' 'BOOM' etc. He does not appear to be capable of rational thinking. You could replace him with a chimp that merely hits a button A, B or C and it makes stock replies/

2. Big Worm - very juvenile and clearly failed at school

3. jonny falcon - clearly suffering from drug addiction and needs to brush his teeth.

4. Chaos - not capable of any originality. Copies the predictable 'meltdown' 'is there something' type posting and wilfully makes himself into a wife for Sqaud.

5 . Stark - spammer and ruins this site with his dull musings
