Aminos+Vitamins are cheap unless your somone on welfare and protein powder is a waste of money.

"Welfare"?  I don't think anyone is saying that.  I think the point is, that it's not cheap to bodybuild correctly.  I spend around $150-180 a week on groceries.  Meats include, Chicken, steak, tuna, salmon,etc..

I couldn't afford that when I was going to to school and working part time.

Can you guys post up your diets and budgets?  It's something I'm trying to sort out right now and want to get on a stable plan.

I've had to cut back to 7grams of bullshark testosterone a week now. Been losing some serious size, and some sincere definition.

off the top of my head this is usually what i have daily, this is not completly accurate..

3x chicken breasts
1 Can of tuna
1 Can of salmon
2 Eggs

8 slices of brown bread
2 bananas
100g oats

5 glasses of skimmed milk
1 Gallon+ of water

Multi vitamin
Amino tabs.

I know this is far from ideal, but i enjoy it..
and its not that expensive really.. i don't buy organic.. and I go for the cheaper brands.
