. alls it takes is one good brushing, many times i forget to because its just not that important to me, before i go out yes i brush and they are pretty much pearly white. of course many will let this issue bother them as they do many other things, because they still latch onto that sort of hate thing, why not tell me something i dont know, perhaps use the google search function, related to nutrition, alkalinity, cholesterol ect, then come back with some useful informations. until then brush your own teeth , take pics of them post on get big so we can spend hours discussing white teeth ::)
