Cancer survivor and Red Sox pitcher Jon Lester just threw a no-hitter. Just 20 months ago he was undergoing chemo for lymphoma. A nice feel good story for us Getbiggers that doesn't involve men in thongs or our daily words of wisdom from Moosejay.

John Mccain battled cancer.  So did fred thompson, rudy guiliani, and many other great americans.  It's a scary disease.  Props to the man who threw the no-hitter.  Cancer will claim 1/3 of us.
