agree - for the most part.

in some shots, yates arm's look fine - proportional, size, etc. - like in the side tricep, abs and thighs, and even side chest.

in some shots, they look small compared to his torso.

You're right.  Dorian's torso must've grown from all the machine pullovers he did.  In Jay's newest DVD he says that he makes sure to always improve his arms in proportion to his back because he says Yates let his back get too big and didn't keep his arms in proportion.  I guess there's a balance where if your back is too big your arms will really suffer.
