4.5 is a bit slow for most high schoolers. Under the tutelage of a knowledgeable personal training coach, most high schoolers should be running in the low to mid 3's. Occasionally a 300 lb lineman could conceivably hit a 4.5 or 4.6 but that would clearly include errors in his start, stride, and technique.

Phil looks like to takes a lot of time "off".  He is definitely not AS impressive when he is not loaded!!!

No all of those pictures you just posted were of guys either AT A SHOW or in the precontest run-in...Phil is obviously still coasting after his last show getting ready for another run...he's getting his appearances out of the way to get his money right for when he can dig in and go underground for awhile like he did last year.  He's not even attempting to flex in the pictures you're so harshly critiquing and if he is it's only because a fan asked him to.  Dennis James in those pictures had a fucking guy come outside with him to take a picture to freak everyone out because he was going for it at the moment.   

Also, in all the other photos they're 'pumped up', heath is not.
