yeah cause he overdieted and looked smaller than yr before and was beat by gunter.was not true 40 lbs gain was discussed plenty of times .

If I don't know what I am talking about Why do I come in in contest condition with striated glutes, why did I win the overall at my last show, why can I bench over 500 and deadlift 7 plate per side, why are my arms 20 inches.  I can prove everything I just said. If you want to challange me then post a pick if not then no hard feelings, I don't even know Candizzle; just sounds like he isn't naive about what it really takes to get the job done. BTW most of your advice is extremely conservative, may work for the average joe but to soft for bodybuilding; the type of advice that won't get you past 16 inch arms, no wonder you don't agree with me

bench press 192.5kg
deadlift 290kg
squat 260kg

175cm, 99kg. and im sure i could increase the lifts some more if i really wanted.
