Gayer than you wouldn't need a proxy, just two computers. IP can be the same... I can't see it. Cookies are the issue. Or you could run them both from one computer, if you use both IE and Firefox. Chaos isn't that clever, though.
Gayer than why not just open a proxy server in another tab than run between 2 PC's?
Gayer than if I were doing it, I'd run one from IE and the other from Firefox on the same computer. It's the simplest way to do it.
