Saw Vinny G training several weeks ago at Greg Longs Gym in Feasterville PA.  Animal-Universal Nutrition sponsored an ABC event there.  These pictures do him no justice!...He is bigger, harder, has
rounder- fuller shoulders, bigger hams, more quad sweep, thicker pecs..veiny and ripped, and this was 6 weeks out....The best Vinny Galanti to date!  A great guy....wish him the best at Master Nationals!

nope.  great lines (in general) = small boned guy with average genes with ok response to drugs

has vinny put in alot of hard training thru the years? def...but def not 'great bb genetics'.

its all about the bone structure your born with..and your response to drugs. drugs take care of the size. your bone structure (and muscle insertions etc) decide how far you go.

AND condsidering your facts he has gone far,jr nationals,jr usa,usa,won titles in different whght classes at those shows.top 3 nationals as lightheavy a few times.thats very good bbing genes.he made a lot with his genes and overall look.
