If you're having "mood trouble" you should be more concerned about how it impacts on your quality of life directly.  How it affects your gains in the gym is secondary.

Yeah your totaly right, I've just been going through some money troubles as 99% of us do from time to time  and its been stressin me out a lot sleep is not that great but you get that in the big world.

Just sounds like some anxiety bro.  Do what you can to fix the causes of your stress.  Be satisfied that you're doing all that can be done and switch off the worrying - it's un-Australian.  ;)

Some anxiety/ depression is probably to be expected after your operation.  If you're really freaking out, go see your doc.  He'll give you a referral to a head shrinker and Medicare will probably pay for the whole thing.
