With better lighting, trunks, oil, and pumping up, he'd look about the same as before.  Still looks better than 99% of the population, and would still place high in IFBB competition with 3 months training.......... ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Matt C does not have great deltoids.

It's just that the rest of him is super shitty.

If only Kevin was required to bulk up to take the role of a massive guy in some upcoming movie - that would be jaw-dropping to watch on screen.

Yeah, it's kind of strange, lol.

And my net gains after using Higher Power M3: 0 pounds.  I think the stack did help me get through a recent strength plateau though.  Full review coming soon.

I am assuming that you're trying to gain mass, e.g. be a bodybuilder, so why do you do all of those 15 rep sets?

8-12 reps weren't working for me, so I decided to change it up and go higher on the reps...and that isn't working for me either, lol.

You have similar joints to mine, and I've always found heavy sets in the 5-6 rep range to be the best for me.

Maybe you ought to keep 5x5 as your bread and butter?

I've never done that before and I don't mind giving it a try.  I've only ever done your traditional bodybuilding rep range or higher (to change things up).  It seems like nothing works for me, although my strength is still consistently improving after 7.5 years of training.

Yes - a poor one.  Under 2,000 calories per day.  Are you saying this explains it?  :-\

pretty dumb workout. why do you do 16 reps with 225? ....save your energy..and do 3 sets with 275-285 instead. drop the decline bench

bar x 12
135x8(5)
185x5
225x3
250x1
then 3 sets with 275 or 285. when you can do 3x5...move up in weight
