I am assuming that you're trying to gain mass, e.g. be a bodybuilder, so why do you do all of those 15 rep sets?
8-12 reps weren't working for me, so I decided to change it up and go higher on the reps...and that isn't working for me either, lol.
You have similar joints to mine, and I've always found heavy sets in the 5-6 rep range to be the best for me.Maybe you ought to keep 5x5 as your bread and butter?
