There is a big media battle going on up here. During the criminal trial, the family and its attorney interjected a lot of unnecesary things to make them admissible for the civil trial, etc. They were playing this for $ all along.

I saw on TV where some bitch said Nick took the choice of driving while drunk. Well as bad as it sounds, the passenger made the choice to drive with drunk Nick and without a seatbelt. I know numerous times I refused to drive in a car because the driver was drunk. So, as much fault as it is Nick's the guy did have the choice. I feel way worse for the guy i the hospital and his family than Nick and his family though.

First off, Hulk Hogan was my Idol as a kid growing up in the 80's.

I saw a video on TV where Hulk Hogan went to visit his son in jail, and the only thing Nick kepting talking about was how he wanted to start a show as soon as he got out of jail called, "The New Nick" and how he wanted his dad to start getting the ball rolling on getting it all set up. Now that my friends, is FUCKED UP.

If alcohol is in the system this automatically impairs the driver.
It doesnt matter if its .00000001 % the law recognizes this as impaired driving.
The kids family should take them to civil court.
