It's the super clean eating with the bulk of the calories from junk food that pushes bodybuilders like this over the top.
I'd eat like this if I could get the okay from my probation officer but my arms are so big already (these guns are part of the reason i'm being monitored) there is ZERO chance I can add on more size.
Its why I have to have to constantly monitor my weight, if I drop to much for my scheduled weigh I have to make that same weight (or lighter) at the next weigh in or it's a weekend stay at the clink.

I am also a super-clean junk-food adherent who struggles to keep his weight up - guess I'm just a human furnace... I'll strive to put down around 10 or 12 lbs of red meat a day. Any less, and my ribs start to protrude painfully...
And in fact, while we are being honest with each other, I've found that even just
looking at a dumbell gives me a bicep pump, so I've started tucking pieces of cardboard into the sides of my War-Bandana while I train, to act as kind of a blinder system that keeps my eyes facing front at all times. That way I can keep "Accident" and "Emergency" (the names I've given to my left and right arms) under the 21" mark... just to keep the general public safe... you know..?
