With age, the skin starts losing elasticity. Gravity also takes its toll, causing muscles to sag, and metabolism slows down, making the maintaining the low bodyfat levels increasingly difficult.

I don't think Arnold can train hard anymore since he had the heart operation and i think the scar in the leg came from motorcycle accident. If Arnold wanted he could go on HRT and do lighter training and look SPECTACULAR, but in the mean time he does have a pretty important job to do...

Steroids tend to do that to you with enough time. Gut and lower back will never be the same as if you were life time natural.

Human growth hormone and Insulin might have some effect and even that is usually reversed after stopping the use of those peptides. Anabolic Steroids can't do that to you. I think the reason with Arnold's midsection is simply the fact that he has lost so much weight that there is extra skin.

My "old" wrestling coach is around that age and this guy is simply incredible. I mean there is simply no stopping him, you name it he can do it: one arm push ups, heavy squats, endless sparring sessions etc. Plus, he looks insanely great and no one EVER would believe his real age...
